To the full extent permitted by law, KWS Workplace Solutions Pty Ltd (KWS) (Business), its officers, employees, servants, agents and advisers accept no liability for any loss, costs, damage, liability or other detriment suffered or incurred by any person or body corporate (Recipient) arising out of any negligent act committed by the Business in the provision of its services to the Recipient or due to the Recipient’s reliance on any advice or service provided to the Recipient by the Business.
While the Business will make every effort to ensure that all advice and services are provided at the highest professional standard possible in any given situation, the Business takes no responsibility for any adverse consequence to the Recipient by reason of the Recipient’s reliance on or application, use or modification of the advice or services to the particular circumstances of the Recipient.
Any advice or services provided by the Business are provided on a confidential basis for the Recipient’s own use. The Recipient is free to use the advice or service in a manner that it sees fit, however, the Business accepts no responsibility for any loss, cost, damage, liability or other detriment suffered or incurred by any third party who relies on the advice or services whether at the direction or on the recommendation of the Recipient or in any other circumstance.
