Thank you again for the final report and recommendations following the conduct of ESTA Employee Survey in June 2009.
The report and findings were presented to the ESTA Board and Executive Team and well received. The approach adopted by KWS Workplace Solutions in conducting the survey was not only professional but clearly recognised as innovative and established a new standard of survey delivery.
On the personal note, my involvement in the project managing the survey was made easier by your strict compliance with the terms of the contract and delivery to agreed milestones and in ensuring i was kept informed of progress and provided with reports that exceeded the contractual requirements.
